United Kingdom Passenger Transport Skills Study
Client:
Go Skills (Sector Skills Council)
Date completed:
May 2005
Project description:
The purpose of the Passenger Transport Skills Study was to undertake an
employer survey of passenger transport employers in England, Scotland
and Northern Ireland.
The project involved the successful completion of more than 2,000 structured
telephone interviews.
LMS provided Go Skills with frequency tabulations for all survey questions
in relation to the industry footprint and the UK as a whole (minus Wales).
In addition, LMS provided a series of data tabulations as agreed with
Go Skills.
The outputs from the research have been used as an essential underpinning
for the development of the Go Skills Sector Skills Agreement.
