Project description:
The purpose of the project was to co-ordinate the development and compilation
of the first Regional Skills Partnership Skills Baseline Report, a critical
component of the wider work of the West Midlands Regional Skills Partnership.
The main and summary reports, which were launched in January 2005, highlight
critical skill issues facing employers, employees, learners and non-learners,
together with training, business support and other providers based in
the West Midlands Region.
The Reports are based on analysis undertaken as part of an ongoing programme
of work being co-ordinated through the Regional Skills Partnership Data
Group, established to support the work of the West Midlands Regional Skills
Partnership.
