The directors of Labour market Solutions are Mick Feloy and David Payne.
LMS draw on a wide network of experienced associates and associated organisations
to create project teams, taking full advantage of the different skills and
expertise we each bring.

Mick is the founder of Labour Market Solutions.

the research provides a clear basis for practical action.

related research projects over the last 14 years as a consultant managing
LMS.
Key clients over the past few years have included Sector Skills Councils,
Chambers of Commerce, Business Links, Learning and Skills Councils, FE colleges,
Connexions, Regional Development Agencies, and local authorities.
Examples of recent projects Mick has undertaken are included under each
area of LMS service provision.
Mick completed his first degree in Development Studies at the University
of East Anglia in 1984, obtaining an Upper Second class Honours and obtained
a second degree in Economics (MSc) at Birkbeck College, University of London.
